Design & engineering
3D design, mechanism engineering and DFM review. You approve before tooling starts.

Tooling
In-house die-casting and injection mold making.

Samples
T1 samples with dimension reports and function tests, revised until approved.

Mass production
Die casting or injection molding in-house, finishing by qualified partners, with in-process QC.

Inspection & shipment
Final AQL inspection, optional third-party inspection, packing and export.
